What we collect
When you create an account we store your email address, full name, optional company and title, and the canvas content you choose to save. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Why we collect it
- To authenticate your account and keep your workspace separated from other users.
- To save and synchronise the stakeholder canvases you create.
- To send you transactional emails related to your account (verification, password reset, access).
Where it lives
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database hosted in the EU and encrypted at rest. All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Daily snapshots are retained for 30 days for disaster recovery.
Who can see it
Row-Level Security policies ensure that only you can read or modify your own workspace and profile. Our staff does not access user content except to investigate a support request you have raised in writing.
Third parties
We use the following processors: our database/auth provider (storage and authentication), PayPal (payment processing if you purchase access), and an AI gateway (to generate the on-demand canvas assessment when you click "Assess"). No third-party advertising or analytics trackers are loaded.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@businesslongevity.us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
