Terms of Service

1. The service

Business Trust provides a stakeholder business model canvas workspace and an on-demand AI assessment of that canvas. The service is provided on an "as is" basis; we work hard to keep it reliable but make no uptime guarantee.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be authorised to enter the business information you submit.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other tenants' data or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Do not use the service to build a competing product.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the canvas content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

5. Payments

Paid access is billed through PayPal at the price displayed at checkout. Access is granted for the period you purchase. Refunds are handled case by case within 14 days of purchase.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend access in the event of material breach of these terms or risk to other users.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to registered users at least 14 days in advance.
